I run interactive workshops and training for kids, adults, cooperate events and companies that help with mental health, all designed through humor. With these workshops I combine comedy to help with teamwork, improve communication skills, and relive stress!

I'm bilingual and have done numerous of workshops in person and through zoom for all ages. My biggest clients include Dartmouth College, Jägermeister, and just got back from Mexico where I was teaching at Mondelēz International
